Procure, configure and bench-test
Devices are SIM-provisioned, configured against the target server, and tested before dispatch. Panic buttons and emergency wiring are specified per vehicle type at this stage.
Install and commission vehicle by vehicle
Our crews fit the device and panic button, verify ignition sensing and position accuracy, and file a photo-verified commissioning record per vehicle. For multi-district fleets we run parallel crews to a fixed schedule.
Register with the STA and complete documentation
Device serial numbers, vehicle details and certificates are submitted to the State Transport Authority. We prepare and file the paperwork and track it through to acknowledgement.
Maintain compliance after go-live
A device that stops transmitting is a non-compliant vehicle. We monitor connectivity, handle replacements under warranty, manage SIM renewals and keep records ready for inspection.
